Project form and email addresses
When you send us an enquiry through the project form, we collect your name, email address, optionally your company name, and the project description. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (GDPR art 6(1)(b)) — in other words, answering your enquiry and preparing possible cooperation.
The enquiry reaches us as an email via the server of our hosting partner (Zone Media OÜ, Estonia). We keep correspondence for up to 2 years after the last contact; if cooperation starts, we keep contract-related data for as long as the law requires (e.g. accounting documents for 7 years).
We use your email address only to reply to your enquiry. We do not add it to any newsletter list or use it for marketing without your separate consent. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, apart from the technical service providers named above.

Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics and only appear if you have chosen “Accept all” on the banner — before that, no Google scripts are loaded at all. IP addresses are anonymised. The service is provided by Google Ireland Ltd and data may be transferred to Google LLC (USA) under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art 6(1)(a)).
You can withdraw your consent at any time using the button below. On withdrawal we delete the Google Analytics cookies and analytics is no longer started.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Write to info@chilldigi.com. If you believe we have misused your data, you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

If our services or tools change, we will update this page as well.
